Paleo Apple Pie Tortilla Roll-Up
These Guiltless Apple Pie Roll-Ups are a delicious and healthy dessert, snack or treat, loaded with fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. They take just minutes to make and are enjoyed by all ages.
Makes 3-4 Servings
Grain-Free Gluten-Free Apple Pie Roll-Up Recipe
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
2-3 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2-3 Green Apples Sliced (With or without skin)
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Place coconut oil and butter into a hot pan, then add your sliced apples, Cinnamon and honey.
Cook the apples until they reach the desired tenderness. Place the apple mixture on a Guiltless Tortilla and top with walnuts or pecans!
