    Super Seed Engery Balls

    Super Seed Energy Balls

    We whipped up some Super Seed Energy Balls and they are easy, healthy, and DELICIOUS! Plus there are 4g of protein in each ball!

    This recipe is incredibly versatile. Many of the ingredients can be swapped out for what you have in your pantry already, or if you have a favorite flavor you want to add. Not into chocolate (because you're crazy- kidding!)? Swap out the mini chips with dried cranberries or cherries! Not a fan of coconut? Try shredded carrot instead. If you want more crunch, try adding another seed like sunflower or hemp.

    Super Seed Energy Balls Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2c Guiltless Superfood Organic 7 Seed Flour
    • 1/2c almond butter
    • 1/4c pumpkin seeds
    • 1/2c unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 1/3c dairy free mini chocolate chips
    • 1tbsp chia seed
    • 1tbsp raw honey
    • pinch of salt (optional)

    Directions:

    Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined. (We ended up using our hands!)

    Roll about 1-2 tbsp into balls. Roll balls in coconut shreds (if desired) and place on baking sheet to chill in fridge. (Makes about 15 balls)

    Once chilled and set (about 30 min) they are ready to eat!

    Place in airtight storage container and store in fridge.

    Superseed Bread + Avocado Toast

    We baked up some delicious paleo + keto bread using our Organic 7 Seed Superfood Flour! Our seed flour is a combination of all organic chia, hemp, sunflower, flax sesame, poppy, + pumpkin, seeds making our bread a nutrient dense, gluten free, grain free, yeast free loaf! There is something very satisfying about baking homemade bread that is both delicious and healthy for you and your family. We hope you enjoy this recipe!

    Superseed Bread Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp orgnaic coconut oil (room temp)
    • 1 1/2 c organic egg whites (room temp)
    • 4 c Guiltless Superfood Organic 7 Seed Flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt

    Recipe:

    • preheat oven 350 degree
    • coat bread pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside
    • mix room temp coconut oil and room temp egg whites in mixer (about one minute- or until combined)
    • mix in baking powder 
    • add Superseed Flour and salt, mix until combined
    •  add dough mixture to bread pan
    • slice 1” deep slit down middle of bread (top to bottom)
    • bake for 55 min-60 min
    • let cool 15 min in pan, then allow to cool completely once removed from pan
    • once cool, slice, toast and add toppings!

    We made both avocado toast and almond butter toast! You could also make a sandwich!

    What’s better than a cold banana dipped in chocolate?! A cold banana dipped in (dairy+soy free) chocolate that’s mixed with our Guiltless Superfood Organic 7 Seed Flour! Now this cool treat has added protein, fiber, and healthy fats! These banana pops are the perfect way to beat the summer heat and sneak in extra nutrients for your kiddos (and you)! Trying topping them with coconut flakes, granola, your favorite seeds, or a nut butter drizzle! Recipe below*



    Ingredients:

    • 5 bananas
    • 1 c dairy/soy free chocolate chips
    • 1/2 c Superfood Seed Flour
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil

    Directions:

    Cut bananas in half and place on skewers, straws, or popsicle sticks.

    Place in freezer on lined cookie sheet 1 hr

    Once bananas are chilled, place chocolate chips, coconut oil, and seed flour in a small sauce pan on medium heat. Stir until combined and smooth. (You can also use the microwave to heat ingredients as well. Just use caution and take time to stir ingredients so chocolate doesn't burn)

    Dip or spoon melted chocolate mixture over bananas (it is a thicker consistency because of the added flour so spooning might be easiest) and place back on lined cookie sheet.

    Sprinkle your favorite toppings while chocolate is still wet, place back in freezer 30 min.

    Once chocolate has set they are done.

    Guiltless Chocolate Chip + Pecan Pumpkin Bars

    It might go without saying, but these are one of our favorite holiday desserts! Light, fluffy, yet dense, and way delicious! Gluten, grain, and dairy free. These are wholesome and real crowd pleaser! Delicious with our without the pecan glaze! Shown here both ways! Enjoy!! 

     

    Ingredients:

    1 cup pumpkin puree

    1 cup almond butter 

    3/4 cup coconut palm sugar  

    4 organic eggs

    2 T pumpkin pie spice 

    2 t vanilla extract 

    1/2 t sea salt 

    1 t baking powder 

    1 1/2 c Guiltless 7 Seed Superfood Flour 

    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    3/4 cup chocolate chips 

     

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

    Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 

    Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until smooth. Fold in pecans and chocolate chips. 

    Pour batter into greased baking dish. 

    Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center of pan is firm. 

    Slice into squares. Makes approximately 24 squares. 

     

     

     Without glaze and chocolate chips baked inside and also sprinkled on top!
