    Super Seed Energy Balls

    We whipped up some Super Seed Energy Balls and they are easy, healthy, and DELICIOUS! Plus there are 4g of protein in each ball!

    This recipe is incredibly versatile. Many of the ingredients can be swapped out for what you have in your pantry already, or if you have a favorite flavor you want to add. Not into chocolate (because you're crazy- kidding!)? Swap out the mini chips with dried cranberries or cherries! Not a fan of coconut? Try shredded carrot instead. If you want more crunch, try adding another seed like sunflower or hemp.

    Super Seed Energy Balls Recipe


    • 1/2c Guiltless Superfood Organic 7 Seed Flour
    • 1/2c almond butter
    • 1/4c pumpkin seeds
    • 1/2c unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 1/3c dairy free mini chocolate chips
    • 1tbsp chia seed
    • 1tbsp raw honey
    • pinch of salt (optional)


    Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined. (We ended up using our hands!)

    Roll about 1-2 tbsp into balls. Roll balls in coconut shreds (if desired) and place on baking sheet to chill in fridge. (Makes about 15 balls)

    Once chilled and set (about 30 min) they are ready to eat!

    Place in airtight storage container and store in fridge.

    Superseed Bread + Avocado Toast

    We baked up some delicious paleo + keto bread using our Organic 7 Seed Superfood Flour! Our seed flour is a combination of all organic chia, hemp, sunflower, flax sesame, poppy, + pumpkin, seeds making our bread a nutrient dense, gluten free, grain free, yeast free loaf! There is something very satisfying about baking homemade bread that is both delicious and healthy for you and your family. We hope you enjoy this recipe!

    Superseed Bread Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp orgnaic coconut oil (room temp)
    • 1 1/2 c organic egg whites (room temp)
    • 4 c Guiltless Superfood Organic 7 Seed Flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt


    • preheat oven 350 degree
    • coat bread pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside
    • mix room temp coconut oil and room temp egg whites in mixer (about one minute- or until combined)
    • mix in baking powder 
    • add Superseed Flour and salt, mix until combined
    •  add dough mixture to bread pan
    • slice 1” deep slit down middle of bread (top to bottom)
    • bake for 55 min-60 min
    • let cool 15 min in pan, then allow to cool completely once removed from pan
    • once cool, slice, toast and add toppings!

    We made both avocado toast and almond butter toast! You could also make a sandwich!

    Happy Thanksgiving, y'all! We are so truly grateful each one of you. You play such an important role in Guiltless, and your loving support means the the world to us! We wouldn't be where we are today without YOU! So THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. We are headed to the Austin Turkey Trot with family. 5 miles of more talking, walking and stroller pushing than competitive trotting, and that's just the way we like it! The fresh air, blood circulation and overall vibe of the city and trotters is absolutely wonderful for us!

    After that, we will all do some of the cooking and gather at Daniel's parents house for a wonderful feast! This Guiltless Classic Pumpkin Pie and Guiltless Pumpkin Pie Bars are two of the top things I'm looking forward to eating tomorrow! What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish and dessert?

    Guiltless Classic Pumpkin Pie (gluten, grain and dairy free)


    2 1/2 cups Guiltless Flour 
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    2 whole eggs
    2 tbs coconut oil 
    2 Tbsp coconut palm sugar 
    (or 1-2 Tbsp more if you like it sweeter)



    I use a stand mixer for this because that’s what I have, and it works great. But you can also use a food processor. 
    Put the flour and salt in the bowl of the stand mixer and blend slightly. Stop, add eggs and coconut oil and blend on low-medium until it starts to bind and form a ball.

    Spray a 9inch pie pan with cooking spray. Press dough ball out into pie pan to form crust. Once pressed into the pie dish, gently pierce with a fork all over so it doesn't puff up. 

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-1 minutes.

    Let cool completely while you make the filling. 

    15oz can pumpkin puree
    2/3 cup full fat coconut milk blended
    6 Tbs pure maple syrup (or 1-2 Tbsp more if you like it sweeter)
    2 tsp pure vanilla extract 
    1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice 
    1 tspn cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    2 large eggs room temp

    1 egg yolk room temp 

    1. Whisk all ingredients except eggs, then whisk in eggs and egg yolk 1 at a time, don’t overmix.
    2. Pour filling into partially baked crust, spreading it all around to seal edges. Cover top with aluminum foil and bake (at 375 degrees F) 40-45 minutes or until center is nearly set (still a bit jiggly) and crust is deep golden brown.

    3. Allow to cool completely at room temperature to avoid excessive cracking of the filling. Once cooled, serve, or, cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days prior to serving.

    Happy August! Where has the summer gone?! Before summer ends, I'm determined to squeeze out a few more things: more days at the pool with my friends, watermelon, a summery date night, splashing around with my kids at the splash pad + kiwi ... all the ways! Especially these #dairyfree Frozen Dark Chocolate Covered Kiwi Bites!! Sooo good + refreshing!!!

    Don't tell the kids, but there's Guiltless 7 Seed Flour mixed in with the melted chocolate + coconut oil! So there's more of things we're after in life ... like, #plantbased protein, fiber, #darkchocolate + healthy treats! Yes, please!

    Here's the recipe:

    1 cup dairy-free @enjoylifefoods chocolate 🍫 chips

    1/4 c organic unrefined coconut oil

    1/2 c Guiltless 7 Seed Flour

    6 kiwis peeled and sliced 


    Melt chocolate and coconut oil in small sauce pan over low heat. Stir in Guiltless flour until combined. 

    Gently toss kiwis in melted chocolate. Coat on each side. 

    Freeze on wax paper (make sure they're not touching) for at least a couple hours 

    Remove from freezer, thaw for just a few minutes and then enjoy right away! 

    A summer treat that's good in every way! 😋
